Rochelle has been instrumental in developing and managing direct marketing programs for more than 22 years. She is the driving force of Calof Production Services, LLC, (CPS) a full-service direct marketing firm offering a myriad of services, including marketing strategy, print, lettershop, fulfillment and creative design.

Drawing on many years of expertise, she has created complex, large-scale direct marketing programs in a number of vertical markets. A few of her specialties: banking and finance, consumer credit, airline travel, telecommunication services and pharmaceutical products.

CPS develops customer acquisition strategies centered on intelligent market segmentation, market revenues, contribution margin, customer penetration, satisfaction, retention, market share development and value-added products and services across the business spectrum, including Database Marketing Services, Personalization, Bindery and Print Services.

Rochelle has been trusted to create major customer acquisition and retention programs for some of America’s most valuable brands, including MCI, Visa, Chase, American Express and Allscripts Pharmaceutical. Abbott Hospital Products Division, Loyola University Health System and Northwest Airlines have also turned to Rochelle to build relationships with their customers and maximize return on their direct marketing investments.

In the course of decades spent building successful programs for Fortune 50 companies and major consumer brands, Rochelle has received national recognition and several awards.
